Meet your counsellor
I’m Samantha, a qualified Humanistic Existential Counsellor and a Trauma-Informed Practitioner from Barry in South Wales.
My work is grounded in the belief that each person holds the potential for growth, change, and a deeper understanding of themselves, even in the most difficult of times.
Counselling is not about fixing or giving answers—it’s about connection, reflection, and building the confidence to navigate life on your own terms. My role is to listen, support, and accompany you in that process.
Counselling is available for adults 18+. This can take place on the phone or an online video session. Or in-person counselling takes place in a calm setting, face-to-face across locations such as Barry, Cardiff and Swansea in South Wales.

As a humanistic existential counsellor, I am here to walk alongside you. My practice is built on trust, respect. Here, you can speak openly without judgment, explore your fears and hopes, and discover a path toward greater peace and self-acceptance.
Session length - 50 minutes
Short term and long term counselling available and can be discussed at introduction stage. Minimum of 6 sessions advised to ensure meaningful results.
Face to face sessions are held in St Nicholas in the Vale of Glamorgan in a private room, in a quiet location.

Online counselling sessions will take place with Sam via Google Meets, or by phone if you prefer.
